All dogs Vaccinations need to be up to date. Please let us know if your dog has any allergies or requires medicated shampoo. Please let us know if your dog is allowed to have treats. We do not brush out matted areas for hours, we think its cruel and we don’t want to hurt your dog. It is possible that we can accidentally harm your dog whilst brushing too hard or frequently in certain areas that are extremely matted. excessive areas may need to be cut out / shaved off etc. Baark will not cover any vet cost and doesn’t take any liability for injuries caused whilst grooming a matted dog. We charge extra if your dog needs special attention because of aggression or other behaviour issues. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, a late fee of $20 will apply. Please inform us if a different person is picking up your dog when dropped off, as we will not hand any dog to a person we don’t know / we don’t have on file. Please pick up your dog within an hour of us contacting you. If you need more time, a $30 collection fee will be added. Any pick up after closing time will incur a late fee of $1 per 1 minute. No show fee – if you do not show for your appointment / cancel less then 24 hours prior your appointment cost will be charged.
